    • (2) 40-ton machines with 40” tooling rail (one with automation cell)
  • One CNC folding machine, 11ga thickness capacity, 48” x 120” sheet capacity
  • One punch machine, 22-ton with 4’ x 8’ sheet capacity

Welding

  • Two automated robotic GMAW/Mig welding cells
  • Six manual welding stations
    • (3) GMAW/Mig welding stations
    • (3) GTAW/Tig welding stations

Assembly and Finishing

  • One automated deburring rotary brush sanding machine, up to 50” wide
  • Two hardware insert machines
  • 5-stage powder coat line, envelope capable of 4′ x 3′ x 10′

  • One CMM Keyence XM-C500 Coordinate Measuring Machine
  • One optical Inspectivision P150.35 Planar Scanner
